Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Endoscopy department in Columbus, OH. This role provides general nursing care along the health-illness continuum and collaborates with the health care team to support a high reliability organization.

You will perform initial assessments, plan and document interventions, and evaluate patient responses while contributing to process improvements for clinical quality, safety and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license (Ohio Board of Nursing) required.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• State driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Plan and document nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
• Evaluate responses to interventions and adjust care plans.
• Participate in process improvements to improve clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Support day-to-day operations within the Endoscopy department.
