Rosaires Care in Minnesota is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered nursing care across pre-, intra-, and post-procedure phases for endoscopic patients. You will perform patient assessment, start IVs, administer medications, and educate patients.

You will monitor patients during procedures, assist physicians with sedation protocols and equipment, ensure safety and infection-control standards, document care, and collaborate with the care team to support quality

Formación

• Current RN licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment, monitoring, and medication administration skills.
• Knowledge of sedation protocols and endoscopy workflow.
• Commitment to safety, infection control, and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate in an interdisciplinary team and deliver holistic care.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct pre-procedure assessment and prepare patients for care.
• Manage IV access and administer medications per protocol.
• Monitor patients during endoscopic procedures and assist with sedation support.
• Provide post-procedure care and discharge/patient education guidance.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Follow safety and infection-control practices; support quality improvement efforts.
