Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BSN from an accredited institution; degree will be verified.
• BLS for healthcare providers.
• BSN required as of 04/27/2025; earlier hires kept prior requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the care team.
• Plan individualized care with patient and family involvement and education.
• Implement care through coordination and delegation with the interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate patient response and revise the care plan as needed.
