Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days.
• BSN required; nurses with <12 months' experience must obtain BSN within four years.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Education from accredited institution; degree will be verified.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the care team.
• Plan and educate; develop individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Implement care by coordinating with the interdisciplinary team and managing priorities.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise the care plan as needed.
