Job summary

Intermountain Health Logan Regional Hospital is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide expert bedside care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes.

The role includes 20 weekly hours with shifts of 8 or 9 hours, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM, and 24/7 on-call coverage for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BSN degree required per job description update.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess: Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: Develops individualized plan of care with patient/family involvement.
• Implement: Coordinates care through delegation, time management, and resource allocation.
• Evaluate: Reviews progress and revises plan as needed.
• Professionalism: Maintains ethical standards and accurate documentation.
