Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking an Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver individualized nursing care in a fast-paced outpatient environment. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care in cooperation with the health care team.

This role offers 10-hour day shifts, a 40-hour work week, and no weekends or on-call requirements. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, compassionate, and skilled in communication and time management.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred (AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• RN license in good standing where practice occurs; multi-state licensure if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized outpatient care.
• Collaborates with the health care team to facilitate services for patients in outpatient settings.
• Works independently and with a motivated team to deliver high-quality care and ongoing learning.
