Responsibilities

• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care with patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans in coordination with the care team.
• Upholds a culture of safety and ensures timely EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies according to clinical protocols.
• Communicates effectively and supports team collaboration and delegation.
