Responsibilities

• Directs bronchoscopy technologists, nurses, and support staff to provide endoscopy services.
• Monitors workflow to ensure age-appropriate patient care.
• Ensures a secure patient environment with trained staff.
• Meets patient education objectives and handles complaints professionally.
• Drives quality improvement activities per Joint Commission and regulations.
• Provides direct patient care in collaboration with multidisciplinary team.
• Assists in budget and capital equipment decisions.
