Job summary

Concord Hospital Health System is seeking an experienced RN 2 for an inpatient specialty area. The position features Monday–Friday four 10‑hour days, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with on‑call responsibilities.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high‑quality patient care. The RN assesses, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for a designated patient population, collaborates with care providers, and documents progress toward outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse - New Hampshire Board of Nursing.
• Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care.
• Gathers data through history taking and physical assessment.
• Develops, evaluates and revises patient plan of care.
• Documents care provided and patient progress.
• Directs and supervises others in delegated nursing activities.
• Teaches patient and/or family about plan of care.
• Manages time and resources to deliver patient care.
• Administers medications to patients.
