Job summary

Concord Hospital, in NH, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) 2 for an inpatient specialty unit. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care across the unit.
• Gathers data through history and physical assessment to plan care.
• Develops and revises the plan of care with ongoing evaluation.
• Documents patient progress and outcomes.
• Supervises licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel as needed.
• Educates patients and families about the plan of care and discharge.
• Manages time and resources to deliver safe nursing care.
• Administers medications per protocol.
