WH Wheeling Hospital Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse Level I to provide inpatient nursing care using the nursing process. The role requires independent clinical judgment and accountability for care delivered by self and others under supervision, in a hospital setting.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of RN experience and an active RN license; BLS must be obtained within 30 days. A BSN is preferred. This role adheres to CAPE program guidelines and promotes professional development.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state where services are provided.
• Obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Modifies patient plan of care based on data and individual needs.
• Delivers care using evidence-based practice and nursing process.
• Delegates according to scope of practice.
• Verifies plans with interprofessional team, patient, and caregiver(s).
• Provides education based on learning needs and family involvement.
