Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Suwanee, GA, seeks a Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in the GI endoscopy center, following physician orders and nursing standards. You will plan, execute, and evaluate nursing care, maintain patient contact through all stages, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Travel to a sister center may be required. Required: RN license and nursing degree; GI endoscopy experience preferred; BLS; ACLS recommended; Airway Management Module before IV conscious

Qualifications

• Current State license to practice as an RN.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• GI endoscopy experience preferred.
• GI specialty membership encouraged.
• Maintains BLS certification.
• ACLS recommended but optional.
• Airway Management Module required before IV conscious sedation.
• Score of 100% on conscious sedation module post-test.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and evaluate nursing care.
• Provide individualized nursing care per physician orders.
• Maintain contact with the patient through every phase of care.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• May travel to a sister center.
