Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care in our endoscopy center in Athens, GA. The RN will plan, execute, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with physician orders and center procedures.

The role requires an active RN license in Georgia, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and ACLS is recommended. GI endoscopy experience is preferred, with potential travel to a sister center.

Qualifications

• Current State license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• ACLS certification is recommended but optional.
• Airway Management Module required prior to administering IV conscious sedation (score 100% on post-test).
• Experience in GI endoscopy preferred.
• Membership in GI specialty or other nursing societies encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and specialized nursing care to patients per physician orders.
• Plan, execute and evaluate nursing care; maintain contact with patient during all phases of care.
• May be required to travel to a sister center.
