Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.

• ACLS certification within 180 days of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Charge Nurse when assigned and supervise care teams.
• Coordinate patient care with licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Administer medications and blood products per protocol.
• Respond to emergencies and manage ACLS within 6 months.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
