Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• RN licensure in Alabama or a compact state is required.
• BCLS certification required; comparable education/experience may substitute.

Responsabilités

• Supervises, plans, evaluates and coordinates patient care provided by licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Acts as Charge Nurse when assigned.
• Administers medications including controlled substances and blood products as needed.
• Performs nursing assessments, plans individualized care and evaluates outcomes.
• Maintains accurate medical records and documentation.
