Job summary

Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) is seeking a Registered Nurse II for endoscopy procedures. You will deliver patient-centered care, assist in endoscopy alongside attendings, and participate in weekend and rotating holiday call. SC RN licensure (or compact state) and BLS are required, with GI experience preferred.

Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 7:00a–3:30p at West Campus Endoscopy. Comprehensive physical requirements are listed in the posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred; BSN enrollment within two years for older hires and completion within four years.
• Minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse.
• Licensure as an RN by SC Board of Nursing or a compact state; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in endoscopy procedures as a procedure nurse beside attendings.
• Provide individualized, goal-directed patient care during endoscopy workflow.
• Take weekend call about once every 3 months and rotate holiday call.
