Job summary

The Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) is seeking a Registered Nurse II in Columbia, SC. You will provide individualized, goal-directed patient care to patients and families, utilizing the nursing process to deliver safe and effective care.

Minimum requirements include an Associate degree in nursing with Bachelor’s preferred, 1 year RN experience, and SC licensure or compact state, with BLS and ACLS required. Endoscopy Lab position with 40-hour weeks.

Job Description
  • $18,000 Sign on Bonus**
Minimum Training and Education

Associate degree in nursing. Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse.

Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations

Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.

Additional Job Description
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
