Qualifications

• Minimum training: Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred. RNs hired with an Associate or Diploma must enroll in an accredited BSN within two years and complete BSN within four years of hire or reclassification.
• Minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, either through AHA or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, goal-directed patient care using the nursing process to patients and families.
• Deliver safe and effective care in collaboration with the health care team to achieve desired results.
