Job summary

Stormont Vail Health in Topeka, KS seeks a qualified RN or Endoscopy Technician for day shift duties in the endoscopy suite. The role covers patient assessment, medication administration, and peri-procedural care with physicians and anesthesia teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Previous experience in a procedural area preferred.
• Experience with high level disinfection and endoscopy duties preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care per state nurse practice act and care plans.
• Assists physicians and supports endoscopy procedures.
• Prepares rooms, sets up equipment, and maintains sterility and safety.
• Documents procedures and ensures proper specimen handling.
• On-call and able to respond within 30 minutes as required.
