Job summary

Stormont Vail Health is seeking a Full-time RN/Endoscopy Technician to support GI procedures in a fast-paced hospital setting. The role includes patient assessment, peri-procedural care, and preparation of rooms and endoscopes per department policy.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN and has experience in endoscopy and high-level disinfection, working collaboratively with physicians, anesthesia, and staff to ensure patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required or equivalent.
• Experience in procedural environments preferred.
• Knowledge of high level disinfection practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care aligned with GI/endoscopy protocols.
• Assist physician during diagnostic/therapeutic procedures and pos-procedure care.
• Prepare rooms and endoscopes; ensure equipment safety and cleaning per policy.
• Document patient records accurately and participate in quality improvement.
