Job summary

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, Texas RN license, BLS, and 1–10+ years of nursing experience for progression through RN I–IV levels. You will provide patient care, education, and records while upholding standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Additional certifications may be required depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe and appropriate care to patients per nursing skills inventory and patient needs.
• Coordinates nursing care with an interdisciplinary team and makes clinical decisions.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to achieve positive outcomes using data and standards.
• Develops discharge/transfer plans and coordinates treatment plans.
• Participates in program evaluation and process improvement.
• Ensures service quality, patient experience, and regulatory compliance.
• Promotes professional growth; acts as preceptor and resource to staff.
