Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe and appropriate care to patients and administers nursing care.
• Coordinates nursing care with an interdisciplinary team and develops care plans.
• Documents nursing assessments and maintains medical records.
• May serve as preceptor, mentor and resource to less experienced staff.
• Adheres to regulatory standards and hospital policies; participates in quality initiatives.
