Job summary

St. Mary’s Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Endoscopy unit. The role supports patient care plans, coordinates care across disciplines, and ensures orders are followed.

The position is full time with a 40-hour work week in the Day shift, offering starting compensation from $38.50 per hour with additional shift-based incentives. Qualifications include a Nursing diploma, NYS RN license, and BLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED and a nursing diploma from an accredited school/college.
• RN credentialed from the New York Board of Nursing and BLS within 3 months of hire.
• English language proficiency required for reading, writing and following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors patient care plans and communicates patient condition.
• Coordinates interdisciplinary care as the primary point of contact for the patient.
• Carries out physician and nursing orders and coordinates discharge planning.
