Job summary

OhioHealth Endoscopy seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care to patients and families across the continuum in acute settings. The RN ensures care per the Ohio Board of Nursing, while coordinating with LPNs and UAPs.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care within a multidisciplinary team. Day shift, 16 scheduled hours weekly, with emphasis on safety and quality in a High Reliability Organization.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• RN license in good standing; Ohio Board of Nursing recognized.
• BSN preferred or required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health status and document findings.
• Plan and implement nursing interventions; evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to revise care plans.
• Lead process improvement to ensure clinical quality and safety.
• Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency in daily tasks.
