Job summary

York County Outpatient Endoscopy Center in Rock Hill, SC is hiring a Full Time Endoscopy Registered Nurse to join our team. The RN will plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement nursing care for pre- and post-surgical patients, ensuring high quality and safe delivery of patient care in compliance with standards.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited RN program with an active SC RN license, 1 year of Medical/Surgical or ICU experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• 1 year RN experience in Medical/Surgery or ICU.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS/PALS preferred or included in education plan.
• GI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement nursing care for pre- and post-surgical patients.
• Ensure high-quality, safe delivery of patient care in compliance with standards.
• Cares for patients across age groups from 1 month to geriatric.

York County Outpatient Endoscopy Center is hiring a Endoscopy Registered Nurse, Full Time to join our team located in Rock Hill, SC.

About the Opportunity

The RN has the responsibility to plan, direct organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for the pre or post surgical patients in a manner suitable to accepted standards of care. He / she ensures the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while maintaining compliance with professional nursing, JCAHO, and all Federal and State standards of care. The RN cares for all ages from 1 month to geriatric.

About the Candidate

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• At least 1 year experience as a RN in hospital Medical/Surgery or ICU unit.
• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS certification.
• Current ACLS / PALS preferred or included in education plan.
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• GI Experience preferred.
