Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Boston seeks an experienced nursing leader for a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role at 273 Charles Street. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of endoscopy and/or perioperative leadership experience and will oversee nursing and auxiliary staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include onboarding and education program development, staff coaching, interdepartmental coordination, and staffing planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required; Master’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Nursing leadership experience is required/preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs, plans, and coordinates the service activities and staffing performance of professional and auxiliary nursing personnel.
• Develops onboarding, training, and education programs for staff.
• Provides ongoing coaching and performance feedback; maintains a safe work environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Coordinates unit activities with other hospital departments and develops staffing plans.
