MedStar Georgetown University Hospital is seeking registered nurses for the Endoscopy PACU - Critical Care. The Phase 1 PACU provides immediate post-procedural care for adult and pediatric patients, with emphasis on airway management, hemodynamic stability, and pain control. ICU/ED level experience is required.

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Prior Clinical Nursing experience
• Critical Care background preferred
• Active DC RN License and Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families from uncomplicated to highly complex.
• Identify current and potential problems and plan interventions through other nurses.
