Job summary
AtlantiCare seeks a Registered Nurse Team Leader for Endoscopy Mainland Campus to guide an interdisciplinary team and ensure delivery of expert nursing care. You will oversee staff education, coordinate care plans, and participate in performance improvement and budgeting activities.
The ideal candidate holds RN licensure in New Jersey, BLS/HCP and ACLS, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and clinical application skills within an endoscopy setting. 37.5 hours weekly, day shift.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.
- Current RN licensure in the State of New Jersey.
- BLS/HCP and ACLS required.
- National Certification in specialty preferred.
- 3 years clinical experience required within specialty.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee interdisciplinary team coordination and plan of care.
- Provide staff education, consultation, and evidence-based clinical practice.
- Supervise staff daily to ensure policy-compliant care delivery.
- Assist Clinical Manager with staff issues, performance reviews, and schedules.
- Communicate with physicians and professionals to align care plans.
