Job summary
Valley Health System in Ridgewood, NJ seeks an experienced Endoscopy nursing leader to coordinate and direct the Endoscopy team. You will work to ensure safe, effective and efficient patient care in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, NJ RN license, ACLS and IV certification, and magnet certification by 06/01/2026. Day shifts with a strong emphasis on collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and rapid response to emergencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing and NJ nursing license required.
- Current New Jersey RN license.
- ACLS and IV certification.
- Magnet-recognized national certification required.
- Ability to manage changing patient needs and emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and direct the Endoscopy team.
- Collaborate with physicians, Rehab, Respiratory, DI, Lab and others.
- Ensure effective and efficient delivery of patient care.
- Respond quickly to emergencies and changing priorities.
