Job summary

Atrium Health's Harbin Clinic GI Lab Rome is seeking Endoscopy Nurses (RN/LPN) to join our outpatient GI team. This role offers a predictable, daytime schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call.

You will work directly with physicians during procedures, monitor patients before, during and after, administer meds, ensure documentation, and prepare equipment. Georgia license and BLS required; ACLS preferred. This role emphasizes teamwork and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing license (RN or LPN) in Georgia.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Prior endoscopy, PACU, ICU, OR, or procedural nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist GI physicians & CRNAs directly during endoscopic procedures.
• Monitor and care for patients pre-, intra-, and post-procedure.
• Administer medications per protocol.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain and prepare procedural equipment.
• Provide patient education and discharge instructions.
