Job summary

Atrium Health Floyd seeks an Endoscopy Nurse (RN/LPN) for the Harbin Clinic GI Lab in Rome, GA. The position is part-time, PRN, with day shifts and 4–10 hour blocks. You will assist GI physicians and CRNAs during procedures, monitor patients, administer meds, and ensure thorough documentation.

Requires Georgia RN or LPN licensure and BLS; ACLS preferred or obtained within 6 months. Join a supportive team and contribute to quality GI care.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in Georgia.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Prior experience in endoscopy, PACU, ICU, OR, or procedural nursing preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist GI physicians & CRNAs during endoscopic procedures.
• Monitor patient status pre-, intra-, and post-procedure.
• Administer medications per protocol.
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and prepare procedural equipment.
• Provide patient education and discharge instructions.
