Job summary

Harbin Clinic GI Lab Rome is seeking an Endoscopy Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our outpatient GI team in a daytime, procedural setting.

You will work one-on-one with physicians during endoscopic procedures, monitor patients before and after procedures, administer medications per protocol, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining equipment and patient education.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia nursing license (RN or LPN)
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred or obtained within 6 months of hire
• Experience in endoscopy, PACU, ICU, OR, or procedural nursing preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist GI physicians & CRNAs directly during endoscopic procedures
• Monitor and care for patients pre-, intra-, and post-procedure
• Administer medications per protocol
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
• Maintain and prepare procedural equipment
• Provide patient education and discharge instructions
