Job summary

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for Per Diem Endoscopy at Chilton Medical Center in Pompton Plains, NJ. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with per diem scheduling and collaboration with the Endoscopy team.

Responsibilities include monitoring patients, administering medications, maintaining records, and supporting the healthcare team. A certified RN with BLS is required; BSN and ACLS/PALS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
• Records patient vital signs and medical information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
