RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Endoscopy Room for Per Diem Day shift at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ. The role requires an active NJ RN license or compact license with NJ endorsement, BLS, ACLS, and PALS.

You will provide nursing care in the Endoscopy Department, with duties including monitoring patients and collaborating with the care team. Qualifications include ASN or Nursing Diploma, strong communication and organizational skills, and

• Minimum 2 years of hospital experience

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of practice per the Nurse Practice Act and ANA ethics.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes with appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with the Endoscopy Team to ensure safe procedures and patient safety.
• Document care and coordinate with physicians and other staff to ensure continuity of care.
