Job summary

TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center in Rutherford County, Tennessee is seeking an Endoscopy Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to lead patient-centered care across the unit during shifts. You will direct nursing care, coordinate resources, and collaborate with management to enhance outcomes and align with organizational goals.

The CNC will guide staff scheduling, recruitment, training, and ongoing performance evaluations while supporting policy compliance and a culture of teamwork.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Endoscopy experience required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications within specified timelines.
• Masters/Bachelors/Associate degree in nursing.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Participate in ongoing assessment of quality of patient care services in the unit.
• Collaborate with managers to foster teamwork and improve outcomes and service.
• Support patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor according to patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
• Provide guidance on interviewing, selecting, and training new staff; support action plans for performance and policy compliance.
• Support inventory control and management of supplies and equipment.
