Job summary

MNGI Digestive Health is seeking a part-time Front Desk professional to support the endoscopy center. You will greet patients, check in appointments, assist with forms, and maintain privacy while delivering compassionate service.

The role requires a high school diploma, CPR/BLS as applicable, and a focus on infection prevention, safety, and excellent customer interactions in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare education preferred.
• CPR certification is required or willing to obtain within 3 months of start date.
• BLS certification required; training provided through MNGI Digestive Health within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors.
• Check in all appointments that occur at the endoscopy center.
• Assist patients with completing necessary forms while maintaining patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Assist patients and visitors with questions and concerns.
• Maintain a clean and presentable lobby area.
• Greet and room patients; safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality.
