Job summary

Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC seeks a Certified Medical Assistant for the Endoscopy Clinic. The CMA will support medical and nursing staff, collect histories, monitor vitals, explain treatments, and prepare patients for exams and procedures.

The Endoscopy Unit handles GI and pulmonary procedures with a 4/10 schedule Monday–Friday with on-call requirements. A commitment bonus of $7,500 is offered.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant duties include patient history taking, vital signs, and preparing patients for exams.
