Leadership & Human Resource Management

  • Mentor, coach, evaluate, and support nursing staff

Financial & Operational Management

  • Develop and manage department budget
  • Monitor and analyze monthly financial reports

Clinical & Quality Oversight

  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes
  • Lead development of clinical guidelines and care standards
  • Manage patient flow (admissions, discharges, transfers)
  • Direct quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance

Customer Service & Communication

  • Address and resolve patient/staff issues promptly
  • Promote satisfaction through proactive service recovery
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

Working Relationships & Supervision

  • Directly supervises staff and conducts performance evaluations
  • Works closely with patients, families, peers, and upper management
  • Regular interaction with director-level leadership and external partners

Special Considerations

Must meet and maintain Clinical Manager Level II criteria. Additional duties may be assigned based on departmental needs.
