Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Tulsa, OK is seeking a day shift, full-time Endoscopy Certified Surgical Tech to join our operating team. The role supports sterile technique, instrument care, and coordination with the surgical team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualified candidates will have graduation from an accredited surgical technology program, NBSTSA/NCCT certification, a HS diploma or GED, and BLS within 14 days of hire. One year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited surgical technology program.
• NBSTSA or NCCT Certified Surgical Technologist.
• High School diploma or GED.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of sterile technique, sterilization procedures, principles of surgical procedures, anatomy and physiology, use and care of surgical instruments and equipment.
• Assist the surgical team in accomplishing the plan of surgical care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
• Understand the surgery schedule work-flow and is available to meet the needs for room turnovers, patient transport, and cleaning.
