Ardent in Tulsa, OK is seeking a day shift, full-time Certified Surgical Technologist to support the operating room team. The role emphasizes sterile technique, instrument prep, and assisting surgeons to ensure safe, efficient patient care throughout procedures.

The position requires collaboration with nurses and physicians, strict adherence to safety protocols, and flexibility to meet the daily surgical schedule, including room turnovers and patient transport.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited surgical technology program.
• NBSTSA or NCCT Certified Surgical Technologist.
• High School diploma or GED.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate knowledge of sterile technique, sterilization procedures, and anatomy and physiology.
• Assist the surgical team in accomplishing the plan of surgical care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care delivery and desired outcomes.
• Support room turnovers, patient transport, and cleaning per surgery schedule.
