Hillcrest HealthCare System is seeking an Endoscopy Certified Surgical Tech for the day shift in Tulsa, OK. You will support sterile technique, assist during procedures, and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient patient care.

The ideal candidate will have completed an accredited surgical technology program, hold NBSTSA or NCCT Certification, a high school diploma or GED, and obtain BLS within two weeks of hire. Prior OR experience is preferred.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited surgical technology program.
• NBSTSA or NCCT Certified Surgical Technologist.
• High School diploma or GED.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate knowledge of sterile technique, sterilization procedures, principles of surgical procedures, anatomy and physiology, use and care of surgical instruments and equipment.
• Assist the surgical team in accomplishing the plan of surgical care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
• Understand the surgery schedule work-flow and be available to meet needs for room turnovers, patient transport, and cleaning.
