Job summary

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking an Endoscope Reprocessing Technician to support the processing, cleaning, disinfection, inspection, testing and sterilization of endoscopes and related instruments in accordance with regulatory standards.

This role emphasizes infection prevention, patient safety, quality assurance testing, and inventory maintenance to ensure equipment readiness and smooth daily operations within the Endoscopy department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, inspect, test and process endoscopes and related instruments.
• Maintain infection prevention and patient safety by ensuring equipment functions properly.
• Perform quality assurance testing and adhere to sterilization protocols.
• Assist with inventory management and maintenance of unit supplies.
