Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CRCST certification required; BLS within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of endoscopy or instrumentation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, decontaminates, and processes reusable patient care equipment, instrumentation, endoscope, and accessories per IFUs.
• Operates sterilization and decontamination equipment according to policies to maintain inventory.
• Restocks procedural carts, maintains disinfectants and cleaning solutions.
• Checks scopes and supplies expiration dates and hang times.
• Documents sterilization records and QA logs; maintains daily quality checks.
• Performs room turnovers and assists with patient transfers under RN supervision.
