Job summary

DOCS provides dental care on Army and Air Force bases, delivering private-practice quality with a mission-driven team. You’ll work a close-knit, family-oriented environment using modern technology to serve veterans and military families.

As a full-time Dental Assistant, you will welcome patients, assist during procedures, and maintain sterilization standards, while supporting dentists and handling administrative tasks with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Current Dental Assistant certification in the state you are applying to.
• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience.
• X-ray and CPR/BLS certifications required.
• Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a Real ID Driver's License prior to start date.
• Preferred: Expanded Duty Dental Assistant and/or Nitrous & Coronal Polishing certifications.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, professional experience for patients.
• Prepare and assist patients during dental procedures.
• Support dentists with setup, chairside assistance, and cleanup.
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards.
• Utilize dental software and equipment to support efficient care.
• Handle clerical tasks and reporting with accuracy and attention to detail.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
