You will deliver care in an ambulatory setting, triage patient questions by phone, and support cross-coverage across WHP during staffing gaps.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred.
• RN license required.
• Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required.
• Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred.
• Familiarity with EMRs and healthcare technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and support in ambulatory care.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and medications.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Administer medications and perform IV therapy; maintain records.
