Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of diabetes and diabetes devices is a plus.
• CDCES certification is a plus.
• RN licensure in Ohio and BLS certification required or in scope.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status and nursing needs.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Lead process improvement activities to support quality and safety.
• Provide device education and troubleshooting for diabetes devices.
