PACT MSO Endocrinology is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to support an endocrinology practice in Orange, CT. The RN will assist providers, manage patient care, perform triage, and educate patients on diabetes management and self-care.

Travel between Orange, Hamden, and Milford offices is required to support providers as needed. The role requires an RN degree from an accredited program and an active CT RN license.

Formación

• RN degree from an accredited school and current state RN license.
• Experience with EHR and healthcare software.
• Strong communication and patient education abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support providers in patient care, triage, and education.
• Perform vital signs, administer injections, and document in EHR.
• Coordinate referrals, scheduling, and follow-up on tests and medications.
• Triage patients in the clinic and determine urgency of care.
• Educate patients on disease management and self-care practices.
