Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business or related field or a minimum of five years Healthcare leadership/management experience is required.
• Medical Group experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and administrative management to practice operations.
• Plan, develop, and organize the workflow; direct and evaluate the activities of the practice and staff.
• Manage the financial performance of the practice and promote the practice within Medical Group.
• Fill in when staffing needs demand, with consideration to licensing requirements.
