This thriving endocrinology practice is based in Albany, NY, a vibrant capital city with rich culture, excellent schools, and easy access to the Adirondacks, NYC, and Boston. The practice provides leading-edge endocrine and diabetes care supported by a multidisciplinary team.

The Role
We are seeking up to two Board Certified or Eligible Endocrinologists to join a collaborative, outpatient-focused team with flexible scheduling and shared call responsibilities.
• Schedule: Primarily outpatient with flexible hours
• Call: 1:10 rotation, inpatient call only when dedicated inpatient providers are off
• Team: Includes Endocrinologists, Advanced Practitioners, and Certified Diabetes Educators
• Services:
o Diabetes education, insulin pump therapy, CGM support
o Complication screening & prevention
o Onsite HbA1c testing, nutrition counseling, smoking cessation
o Weight management, medication management, and support groups

Compensation & Perks:
• Base Salary: $245,000-$260,000 (moves to productivity-based model)
• Starting Bonus: $35,000
• Retention Bonuses: $15,000 annually for two years
• Relocation Allowance: Reimbursement-based, varies by distance
• CME Allowance: $4,500
• Time Off: 5 weeks of paid leave
