Seeking BE/BC Endocrinologist to join our endocrine and diabetes team

As one of three endocrinologists providing dedicated support to over 270 providers within the Medical Group, you will enjoy a busy community-based outpatient practice with consult-only hospital coverage.

Your practice includes the following:

1. Working alongside a team of three endocrinologists and one Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
2. On-site certified diabetic educators, clinical dieticians, and clinical pharmacists
3. Newly renovated, state-of-the-art clinic
4. Access to an ADA-recognized diabetes education program with RN and RD educators at the Diabetes Self-Management Clinic
5. Extended support from endocrine surgery (located on-site) and oncologic subspecialists from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison, WI
6. Academic appointment and teaching opportunities through the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford
